Refund policy

1. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the eligible item within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: 

    • The artwork must be in it's original condition.
    • The artwork must be in it's original packaging.
    • You must provide proof of purchase.

2. Damaged Good: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at enorthrup66@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage to the artwork as well as photos of the external packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a claim with the carrier.

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Commissioned or Custom art: Because these are created specifically for the collector they cannot be returned.
  • Digital Downloads: Once the file is accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable. 
  • Sale items: items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event. 

4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Original Elizabeth cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
