Ownership and Intellectual Property: All artwork, images and content on this website are the intellectual property of Original Elizabeth/Elizabeth Northrup. Purchasing a physical or digital piece of art does not transfer copyright to the buyer. you may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without express written permission from the artist. 

2. Accuracy of Artwork: We at Original Elizabeth make every effort to display the colors and textures of the artwork accurately. However, because monitor and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on any given device will perfectly match the physical product.

3. Payment and Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed in full.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss: At this time, Original Elizabeth ships to the United States only. Once the artwork is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for high-value pieces.

5. Limitation of Liability: Original Elizabeth is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
